The Hallmark of a Great Teacher (1)

One of the things that excites me as a teacher is knowledge: My students will not only learn a new thing, but something significant will be added to me.

I am more than excited when my students can reproduce and understand better what I teach; this means I have gained one new teaching method because it is effective. What my students become is more important than what I know.

I am always of the opinion that as important as knowledge and confidence are to teach, nothing beats your ability to impart that knowledge, and this we must continue to seek as long as we teach.

Our teaching ability is what gives beauty to our knowledge and confidence. The ability to impart knowledge is one of the hallmarks of a great teacher.
